TRAVEL INSURANCE

We recommend that you take out travel insurance, in the event that there is a problem and you need to cancel your stay.

ARRIVALS

From 4.30pm onwards, to ensure that our high housekeeping standards are maintained, guests are requested to vacate the property by 10.30 am on departure day.

WEEKLY RENTALS

Cost from £1,800 - £3,500 depending on the season.

SHORT BREAKS

Short breaks are available outside of peak dates (Easter/ July/August/Christmas/New
Year) Weekend prices (Fri – Mon) from £1500 - £2000 and Mid-week prices (Mon –
Fri) from £1200 to £1500. Please contact us by phone or e-mail for details and

DOGS

Dog-Friendly, maximum of 2 well behaved dogs by arrangement, at £20.00 per dog per week. We encourage owners not to leave dogs alone in Big Barn. There are some dog friendly beaches but in the peak summer season many do not allow dogs. Dog friendly beaches in peak times include – East Portlemouth, Salcombe North Sands, Strete Gate, Soar Mill Cove, Slapton + Torcross (close to a road), Thurlestone and South Milton

BIG BARN DEPOSIT/PAYMENT DETAILS

Payment: is by cheque or electronic transfer. A 25% non refundable deposit is payable to confirm your booking, the balance being due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Full payment is due (and non refundable) if booking made, or cancelled, 8 or less weeks prior to arrival.
