A private drive sweeps around the lake in the grounds up to the rear of the Barn where there is ample parking. A cobbled path leads up to the main entrance . There is a slate paved terrace, partially surrounded by a low stone wall, furnished with a large garden table, chairs and garden benches, and completed with a Webber gas fired barbecue… the perfect spot for that well earned sun downer and some al fresco dining…

Paddock

A level and fenced mown paddock with TP swing set and seesaw, can also be used for ballgames and is a safe place for the kids to run wild. There are a number of ride on toys for toddlers too! The paddock is not available all year round due to ground conditions and grazing requirements, but is usually open between Easter and October.

Note: The lake is fenced but access is available through a gate. Children will need to be supervised in this area.
