This is a private and adaptable space, screened with floor to ceiling glass and a sail blind that can be hoisted to block off the rest of the world! it has a very comfortable 5ft sofa bed and also two single 2ft 6in floor mattresses on slatted bases ideal for children/teenagers, making it a flexible sleeping space.
This room is multi functional and can be used as a study or quiet reading space, an additional bedroom or a den.
The shower at the bottom of the spiral staircase has polished concrete walls, warm under floor heated oak floor boards, power rainfall shower, heated towel rail, hand basin and loo, soft white bath / hand towels.

N.B We strongly advise against toddlers sleeping or playing unattended in this room in view of the spiral staircase.
